Consistent service at Hotel Calinda Viva
This is my third time staying at the Hotel Calinda Viva Villahermosa with Ostar, and they're always reliable. I usually go for the 'descuento por reserva directa' which always works out well. This time I got a junior suite and it was spacious and clean, just like my previous stays. The pool access is a big plus for me. Their website is easy to navigate and I've never had issues with booking modifications. It's nice to know what you're getting, and Ostar consistently delivers. It's why I keep coming back for my business trips.
Good value, but slow check-in
I stayed at the Hotel Veracruz Centro Historico for a weekend getaway. I found a good 'promociones de temporada' rate online, which made it quite affordable. The location was excellent, right in the heart of things, and the room was comfortable enough. However, check-in took a surprisingly long time, about 20 minutes, even though I had booked well in advance. Customer service was friendly once I got to the counter, but the wait was a bit annoying. The breakfast included in my package was decent, but nothing special. Overall, a solid 4-star experience, mainly due to the value and location.

Stayed at Hotel Yes Inn Nuevo Veracruz for one night. Booked a standard room. Easy online booking. The room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was fast. No issues. Would recommend for a quick stop.
